Weight is a measurement of how heavy something is. Common units include pounds, ounces, grams, and kilograms.
Weight is what you feel when you hold something. A bowling ball feels heavy because it has a lot of weight. A feather feels light because it has very little weight.

- A bag of sugar might weigh 5 pounds.
